Hcg after ectopic loss

Hey ladies,

I’m 4weeks, 6 days today and I’ve had a previous ectopic resulting in loss of my left tube with emergency surgery in August of 2019. I got a positive test on Christmas, my levels checked 12/26 that case back as 22.7,

again on 12/28 that were 28.4 (thought for sure I was losing it)

And latest on 12/30 that were 58.9.

The doctor said that’s a good rise and doesn’t seem concerned about the first two results being low, but I can’t help but worry as this is how the previous started out. They will continue to monitor these every couple days and do an ultrasound when they are high enough. I have no bleeding and slight cramping and pinching through my abdomen, no specific side. Anyone go through something similar?
