Idk Birth control

So I went on birth Control (the implant ) about 2 weeks again I was on my period for about 10 days when it usually only last about 5 days, ever since there has been so brown stuff when I wipe Ik that when our periods finish usually happens but like it’s still going on. Anything like this ever happen to anyone
