Repulsed by partner

My partner has previously messaged other girls and used tinder during our relationship. Although all of this only came to light recently and I’ve been really hurt by it all. I would outright block him and leave. But I’m pregnant with his baby and he always says he’ll kill himself if I leave him.

He’s trying to rekindle the relationship but I don’t like it when he tries to touch me or kiss me. I don’t want to have sex with him. I think I’m actually repulsed by him and his actions? like I do love him. But I look at him and my heart breaks.

Is that something you can get over? He apparently didn’t sleep with anyone but I just can’t get over the thought that he wanted to
