Panic attack
I'm currently up in the middle of the night, unable to sleep because I'm having a panic attack, which I'm pretty sure was brought on by accidentally reading labor horror stories last night. Not "labor was painful" stories but "things went seriously wrong and I almost died" stories. I could use some comfort and kind words, but I'd also like to know how the heck to balance staying informed and knowing what signs to watch out for with managing one's mental health, and if anyone had any thoughts on that I'm all ears.
