Information on red meats

So I’ve decided like a month ago that I wanted to stop eating red meat . I watch YouTube videos on it and stuff I was doing so good but I was so hungry this one day and ate spaghetti so I messed up my process . I’ll be retrying today, I already got my turkey ground meat at home unthawing for him I get off work . Can anyone give me their experience on cutting out red meat? Can someone tell me how long it takes for red meat to get out of your system?
