Inducing labor tricks?

Does anyone have any tricks or recommendations on how to induce labor before due date? Ive heard about walking, birth ball, sex, exercise..

Evening primrose oil, 2000mg orally and 1000mg vaginally before bed. Also raspberry leaf tea in large amounts. And only use castor oil in small amount if you are close to due date. Gentle birth tincture, find on amazon.

Walking stairs (2 stairs at a time) would be the only thing I add to the list...oh and evening primrose pills. I did those 2 things + sex 1-2 times a day and held my legs up so the sperm got where it needed to go, bounced on the ball and I think that's it's. Not sure if a combo of all those things worked or if it was just time, but I ruptured my water 3 days before I was supposed to be induced at 38 wks.

Dates are also supposed to help soften the cervix.  It doesn't necessarily induce but does help speed up labor so I've heard.  The study says 6 dates a day for 6 weeks.  I did this with my second and my labor was def much quicker than my first. Could be coincidence but why not try lol

Walking, yoga ball and sex all I THINK worked for me last time. My water broke a few days later. Everyone has their opinions but I’ll be doing the same this time around

The day before my due date with my first son I pumped for 2 hours straight. It started contractions and anytime I stopped they stopped so I just kept going until they were continuous. I had a 20 hour labor but he came the same day.
