IF you have PCOS but also have regular periods and regular LH surges, did you struggle to get pregnant?

And if you answered that yes you struggled but eventually got pregnant, what did you do to get pregnant? Was it just a matter of time or did you have a certain <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">fertility treatment</a> or supplements?

My husband and I tried for a little over a year. It was so hard not to stress about it. My OBGYN was so good to me. I started with making sure I was ovulating and if it was consistent. So I did ovulation testing for about 4 months and got similar ovulation days every month. (I tracked everything in 3 apps) Unfortunately still wasn't getting pregnant. I had my husband get his sperm tested, to make sure he was good to go, which he was. Still wasn't happening. I decided to stop tracking for awhile because I was so stressed and my husband hated that doing the deed was like a job (you become a bit crazy) And I decided to focus on myself. Changed my diet slightly, biggest thing I gave up caffeine (and my husband cut back on his intake) 
I joked to a friend that if I was gonna get pregnant that it would be this month because it was the most stress free and my husband and I could have fun again and well here I am 14 weeks pregnant! 
I think there are a tons of factors that can affect everyone differently, but I truly think STRESS is the biggest factor!
