Did you know when your breech baby turned?

Hi ladies,
I'm almost 33 weeks and a growth scan the other day showed that baby is alternating between breech and transverse position. I am trying all I can to turn her head down, but just wondering if I will know/feel it when she does turn head down? Or will it just be a surprise (hopefully!) at one of my next appointments?

My son was breech at 32 weeks, I did a bunch of exercises and by 34 he was upright. At 36 he was breech again and I did the exercises again and he eventually flipped. I could definitely feel it because the shift was huge and very obvious.

My daughter was transverse at 37 weeks and I used the spinning babies (I think?) method. I put an ironing board against my couch and would lay upside down for as long as I could then sit up and immediately put cold ice packs at the top of my stomach and a heating pad on the bottom. Sounds weird but it worked for me after a few days of doing it. Definitely have to relax though because it’s not super comfortable when they do flip, even from transverse.
