Yeast infection remedies?

I don’t have medical insurance, I can’t afford it. But I believe I have a test infection. I just went to a free clinic last week & got tested, everything came back negative. My discharge doesn’t smell, but it looks like cottage cheese, & I have a mild itch. What are any remedies? The nurse advised they didn’t help with that. So I’m out of options. Thanks for suggestions in advance

You don’t even have to buy monistat, honestly that shit burns like hellfire but the offbrand version doesn’t. I’ve always gotten the one day treatment and that’s all it took for me but others say it’s not as effective and to use the 3 day treatment. The offbrand version is better because it’s half the price and doesn’t burn your vagina inside out and costs half as much. It’ll be like $10 
It’s like a tube of cream that you insert into your vagina like a tampon and you put it in before bed. Do it after a shower not before.
