Seriously clogged ducts

I started having clogged ducts in my right breast a couple of days ago but it wasn’t too bad. Yesterday I applied a warm compress and expressed and then pumped and it got so much better. I left it without pumping last night for 6-7 hours and I came home and they were rock hard. I pumped and barely anything came out. I kept at it and got some out but it was still pretty hard. I went to sleep and woke up and still nothing when I pump except a few drops. I did three hot showers today, hand expressed and pumped and still hard and still no milk coming out (or droplets). What else can I do? I’m already pumping every 2.5 hours. Please help!
