6 days late

Hi there,

My SO and I have been trying for a year now. I'm been taking letrozole for the last 11 months.

I've experienced a late period once but never this late. I'm currently 6 days late and have been having cramps off and on for the past 2 days. Could this be an early sign of pregnancy?

Before you say take a test I will Friday if my period still hasn't started but just curious right now and don't want to get my hopes up if it's nothing.
