Sick baby no eating enough

My baby girl started with a runny nose and a bad cough last friday, I call pedi on Monday and she told me to give her pedialiate since she wasn’t keeping her fomula and also said baby should be peeing 4 times in 24 hrs and to keep an eye on her for fever, baby is doing better she is peeing and cough is getting better my concern now is that she is not eating enough Monday she had 14 oz of formula but she threw up after every feeding, I gave her pedialiate but she drank only 3 oz yesterday she ate formula 20oz wich is better but not enough and today she is at 15 oz i am going to try to give her more around 9 p.m but still not enough she use to est more than that is this normal or I should call pedi tomorrow again?
