Last mouth vs this month ?

Had a very light month last month and this month it's super heavy and 8 days early could this be because last month was so light? I've never bled this much that's why I ask I'm on day 4 of heavy bleeding and clotting on a regular cycle it's almost done and over with. I got a stomach bug and spent one night just vomiting so bad my whole body sore from contracting could this also be why its 8 days early?
