When you cramp do you feel pressure in your back? If yes, go see the doctor as it could be pre term labor. If your tummy is just tightening and kinda feel like a ball in your gut,  your body may just be having practice contractions called Braxton Hicks as they start close to 20 weeks.

Is the cramping consistent? If it is I'd go get checked to make sure it isn't premature labor
