A personal question

Hey Guys, so I've been on the patch for two months now and I just had a more personal question. My partner and I rarely have sex do to us being in a long distance relationship and I was just curious if anyone on the patch let's the partner come in them without a condom? I use a condom paired the the patch but I let him come in the condom. Do you trust the patch and it's effectiveness.
