I recently went to a party on New Year’s <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">eve</a>. It lasted for hours, up until six in the morning. We were all drinking and smoking, cross faded, this, that and the third. Later that night, I remember it had been exactly fifteen minutes before the countdown because I had checked the time. He pulled me into his parents bedroom because they had been out of town that night, perhaps partying with their own friends for New Years. He asked me if we were going to go through with it, and I had replied with a simple “yes.” I was high, drunk, you name it. In the moment, I could barely comprehend what was happening. Next thing I knew, he was on top of me, essentially holding me down to the point where it felt like I couldn’t breathe. I had repeatedly asked/told him to stop, although I couldn’t enforce anything because I barely had control over my body movements. After the multiple times I had told and asked him to stop, he never did. I guess the question I have to ask is, is that considered rape?
