3 weeks pp and huge clot ??

Question

I had my second csection 3 weeks ago. I stopped heavily bleeding 4 days pp. It's been off and on since then but it's been light and usually brown ish 
Today I went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe a massive red clot came out. Like bigger than a golf ball. Along with it came some heavier dark red bleeding. 
Is this normal? Should I be seeing my dr sooner than 6 weeks?

I was told anything larger than a golf ball to call so I’d be calling my OB. Don’t know if it’s different for a c section tho

I had a c section December 9th and i had the EXACT same thing happen and i at my 2week pp check up i told my doctor about it and how the blood clots were abnormally huge she said it was completely normal for that to happen...

I thought I was done with bleeding and yesterday it almost seems like I’m getting my period. I had a c section and am 4 weeks pp and am breastfeeding so I don’t think it actually is my period

This happened to me last night, I passed the clot and had bright red bleeding for like 6 hours after. It was like a heavy period, but my midwife said as long as the bleeding wasn’t very heavy, like soaking a pad, then passing clots even this far out is still normal.

My midwife told me clots are normal, and not to worry unless it's bigger than an large egg. Clots are blood, but on solid form. You should worry if you have clots AND heavy bleeding or lots of clots. 
I had golf ball-like clots and I told her, and she told me everything was fine. 
But you can surely call your doctor of you are worried!

Honestly I would call the doctor anyways just to be safe! Especially if it's bright red.
