I was thinking about getting an IUD but like does your partner feel it during sex? can it be pushed around or moved during sex? I just have so many questions and concerns lol i’m currently on the pill I just can’t seem to trust it knowing I take it perfectly

Your partner will feel the strings here & there. No it will not move around or get pushed around. I had mirena for 5 years i just got it removed last yr in September. I had no issues with it. Periods were shorter, then they just stopped. There’s so many different kinds now, i would definitely research them all.

Yes my ex was constantly stabbed. We rarely had sex because we were both nervous about it happening.

Do your research. I got one after I had my baby and it did me so bad I had to get it removed. The most PAINFUL periods I had ever had and the heaviest flow. I had to wear a tampon AND a pad at the same time and would flood out of both in 2 hours. Went to the ER during one of those painful spells and had it removed after one year (it was a 10 year IUD).
