Need advice! Opinions Wanted

So I started seeing this man. He’s handsome, educated, charming, great career.. list goes on. The only thing is he just had a baby 3.5 months ago. He is also opening up his own practice which his ex whom he has the baby with is going to work as the office manager. He won’t work there everyday prob be there few times a month maybe more but still I feel like maybe he’s still too tied in the situation w his ex. He swears they’re just good friends and they get along well/coparent well but idk. What would you do? Or what do you think? Question 1: would you date a man who just had a baby? Question 2: would you date a man whose ex works for him?
