I only orgasm during masturbation. I’m 27 and I’ve had multiple partners, both male and female but none of them can bring me to orgasm. Whether oral, penetration, anal, I never cum! However, I can bring myself to climax in a matter of minutes. Sex with my partner feels great but I have to fake an orgasm for fear that I’ll hurt their feelings. Am I doomed to fake it forever??
