Bleeding after sex

So I’ve never bled after having sex before and I recently have gotten into a relationship and had sex. It’s been about a year since the last time I had sex and this time around I started bleeding right after.

Flash forward to today and we are having sex and it happened again but I just thought it was my period because it was supposed to start today but I haven’t bled at all the rest of the day???

Is this normal?
