Work advice?

I’ve struggled with addiction my whole life, but have been clean from the hard stuff about a year now. I have no plan on going back. I’ve always wanted to get into law enforcement but with my background of using drugs my chances are slim to none. I have no degree and very little college experience. I want to join the army , or do something to make a difference. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? I feel like I’m really lacking guidance. I am motivated and ready to make this happen.
