please help! i need opinions

my last period was November 26th-29th and my app said I should get my next one December 29th- January 3rd. I still haven’t gotten it yet, but my back has been hurting like cramps since the 31st. my boyfriend and I had sex on during my ovulation but we used a condom and he didn’t cum. then we had it again on the 28th and the condom had spermicide on it. should I be worried?
