Blurry vision ?!

I’m 35wks 4days & I’ve had a headache for about 2 days now. While going to the bathroom just now I got dizzy & saw spots in front of my eyes. I had elevated BP with last pregnancy but it was normal 2 weeks ago. Should I call my ob?!?

Definitely go to triage, currently doing 24 hour urine test to make sure I don't have preeclampsia better to check than let it be

My doctor keeps telling me if i get those symptoms to go to L&D immediately. She also said that the symptoms can show up out of nowhere, which would explain you being completely fine one day and not the next

I would definitely go to L&D 
A fe weeks when I went they asked to me to return if I had any of those symptoms. It could mean signs of preeclampsia. 
I have a BP monitor at home so I am able to monitor it if needed.
