Do you think I’m pregnant?

So I’ve missed 2 periods now but all the tests keep coming up negative. I’m on cycle day 70. I went to the doctors and he said if the tests are negative I’m not pregnant but I’m really irritable lately and my boobs are really sore and my stomach looks like this? Not sure if i can keep blaming it on Christmas dinner and winter fat anymore. Do you think I could still be pregnant even if the tests are negative?

Maybe you are pregnant and sometime home pregnancy test just won't work until you do a blood test. Wait till 1 more month Doctors will then do a blood test to verify for certain . I heard of ladies having positive after 14 weeks pregnant so it can be possible. Good luck...Sweety
