Hot Flashes/Night Sweats aka Fun Fun Fun!
Hi ladies! Has anyone else been extremely hot/not able to control their temperature?
I usually get hot during the night bc of a medication I’m on but last night I woke up literally SOAKED in sweat...not cute
Trying to stay hydrated but would welcome any other tips 😊
