Breastfeeding tips

I was wondering if any of you ladies ever used these soft shells.

I remember my nipples being really sore when I began breastfeeding my first.

I had seen these at BuyBuy baby and found them at a cheaper price on amazon.

I wonder if they do work. Plus it helps save some milk instead of it leaking to a pad and going to waste and having it irritate your nipples.

Any suggestions or tips for breastfeeding will be appreciated. I feel like I successfully Breastfed my son but one Can never know enough.
