Feeling pretty crushed

I’m on CD 25 and experiencing brown spotting with a bit of uterine lining mixed in. Some dull cramping and bloating. This is fairly standard for me in the 3-4 days prior to my period.

I’m so disappointed. Three days ago I had a little bit of bright pinky orange blood after wiping, some cramping, then barely any brown spotting. This only lasted a few hours and I was SO hopeful that it was pregnancy related.

I am not handling the ups and downs of this process well - we took a break from trying last month and I came in renewed and ready this time. I really thought it was going to happen.
