TMI post!! Don’t read if you have a queasy stomach

I have I guess severe hemroids on my butt and every time I go poop the toilet bowl fills with blood I don’t push hard enough for that to happen i do push by not like extreme. I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant and no it’s not from my vagina as I already examined myself. So I’m assuming parts of a hemroid is breaking and making me bleed every time so wth! Just nervous about pooping now
