Devastated

Would love some encouragement rn. I had my first round of femara and got bloodwork done to see if I ovulated. I got so excited to see my results this morning online since I got a positive opk. Well of course, my levels were 0.6 nmol/ml which indicates that I didn’t ovulate. Awesome...my last cycle was 51 days so I’ll be waiting again before I can start my next round. All my family members are getting pregnant and then there‘s me. I’ve been dreaming about being a mom since I was literally 8 years old. We’ve been trying for over a year and I’m feeling so discouraged. I know it takes a lot of people longer but I’m just feeling like it’ll never happen.
