I just have to vent, I dont think saying anything to her would help after giving thought to it. But my husbands mother is always just doing rude shit and filling my husbands head with these unrealistic expectations. She literally bakes multiples pies a day for her husband then tells my husband how she baked so many pies today and says stuff like "what did she make you today" I even heard her say "disgusting and laugh" after my husband told her what I made. And my husband always talks about how great of a cook and cleaner and blah blah his mother is. Noone has ever complained about my cooking before. We're newly married and I know people all do things differently but I'm losing my mind, shes just encouraging him to be ungrateful and to feel unsatisfied with me. I don't know what her goal is but she always is on the phone saying ew to what I cook or gasping if God forbid I wasn't home to feed him (a grown man) once. Ugh I can't say this to my husband but I sooo strongly dislike this woman. She also said it would never work out and all these mean things about me before ever meeting me before we got married and my husband worshipping her when she obviously hates me just bothers me so much.
