Ok Long story (kind of) my boss has me doing all the duties of a director without the title or pay.

Back in May she thought I was quitting so she pleaded with me to stay and give me a one dollar raise.

My two issues:

One day I over heard my coworker talking to her about a issue on her check and she legit said she’s suppose have the same amount I make.

Why does this irritated me, you ask? Because I do DOUBLE the work, and she use to always have drama with the boss. No hate towards the girl but shit! Like I can do nothing too then. Why am I going to extra mile for you and this place? When there is not even room for growth for me in the company?

Second there this foreign woman who keeps I guess “venting” to me because I was gone for two weeks and she had to do SOOOOOOME of what I do. Please keep in mind I was gone on Christmas break She literally did it for 7 days and two of those days were half days.

she’s saying how SHE does so much and how she needs a raise. And how she helps me so much. She doesn’t and she doesn’t even follow the policies of the company.

Anyways

who should I address my boss about all of this?

Technically I’m not suppose to know how much the first girl makes but she literally was standing right next to me when she spoke with my boss.

And I did get a raise in May (as a bribe) but I’m doing the work of two for what?

She keeps (jokingly) saying I can’t quit, I can’t leave.

I really want to find a job where I can grow and get promotions and acknowledgement for my hard work.

Is it unprofessional?
