Contraction last night?? Maybe?

My BH don't hurt at all just uncomfortable but I can still move. Last night I think this might have been a contraction but not sure. What you think?

Last night laying in bed I felt this intense period like cramp come on and intensify for a minute all while not being able to move just breath through it, also while this was happening I felt an immense amount of pressure in my vaginal pelvic bone area felt like someone was grabbing the bones and pulling them apart (widening)

I had to just breath through it for the minute it happened as I felt I couldn't move. Could this have been a contraction? I only experienced the one that lasted a minute.
