Swollen vagina? Normal?

I’m 37 weeks with my 3rd baby.

And I thought it was just me the past week but I’ve noticed for sure today lol that my vagina is swollen? Like it’s fatter?

My son has been very low the whole pregnancy but is this normal? My other 2 kids were carried very high and I’ve Never experienced this.

Is this like a infection or something I need to be worried about? No pain no itching just a fat puss 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ I have no idea how else to put it.

Could I be lucky and it’s a sign of labor coming in a weird way?

And no I have not had sex in about 4 months I have not been into it at all
