How soon can I find out baby’s gender? My state doesn’t do elective ultrasounds and my insurance only covers the ones at 10 & 20 weeks but I don’t want to wait 20 weeks to find out. Isn’t there a blood test they can do? Anyone know how much that costs and how soon they can do it?

16 weeks of u get a gender ultrasound and usually they are about $35 in U.S they have places that just do ultrasounds for people not all are in doctors offices

NIPT blood test can be done at 10 weeks to find out the gender. Some insurances cover it, otherwise I think most places give you some sort for deal on the cost ($200-400).

There is a blood test... But I believe it might be expensive because it involves genetical testing.

There are a few different blood test you can get done but some dont work depending on your weight.  
I tried to but mine didn't work. I found out at 18 weeks.

I got the blood test at 10 weeks and could have found out then, it cost over $400 (nipt test in Australia).

Yes, the blood test is NIPT. I found out around week 13 I believe. It takes about a week to get results back.
