I didn’t realise till today!!!!
So I just had a few pictures come up on my Snapchat memories of some ‘before’ photos I had taken with no real intention behind them from two years ago. When I looked at them I was shocked to realise how different I looked in comparison! The only changes I’ve really consciously made is eating healthier, drinking more water and not snacking in between meals, also making sure that I get a good amount of protein in my diet, as well as cutting back on bread as my family genes don’t take gluten very well! This has given me motivation to keep working hard even if I don’t see a difference at first :)
