Hard cramping
I wake up to hard period like cramps in the night and random times throughout the day. It radiates down to my knees as well and can be very uncomfortable. What does this mean? I’m 36&1
*also was checked yesterday and I am at 1 cm with soft cervix and baby’s head is very low
*its pretty much constant but flares up pain around my back and pelvis every little bit
