My husband doesn't want to do a registry, he thinks it weird because we had a registry with our first born (4 years ago) and we are 31 years old now. I dont honestly know what's appropriate. I dont think anyone will through us a baby shower, but we are expecting twins now and it's going to be expensive!

I made one for my second just to get the coupons didn’t actually tell anyone about it    But having another baby shower is not something we do in my family/friends. After the first it’s expected if you decided to have more children that you buy the stuff yourself or use the things you got from your first kid

I personally think the 2nd baby should be a sprinkle. BUT, I think if my friend was having twins I would TOTALLY get why they would need a shower and would be all for it.

You get a discount when you but things off your own registry sometimes so resister away. Plus, there are people who might want to get you something and this way when they ask, you'll have a list for them.

People will still want to buy you things... I’d make an amazon registry and set it to private so you can share if people ask... keep it as much as a shopping list for yourself as anything else.  Don’t expect people to buy stuff, but I promise they will!  Currently pregnant with my 3rd and people keep asking where I’m registered!

I wouldn’t call it a registry but more of a wish list. We did that for our 2nd just because people were always asking what to get and I felt weird registering. Wish list made me feel better and track what we still needed.

I made one but mostly it’s for self reference of what I need to buy for my 2nd baby. Although surprisingly, my sister and mom has asked to see the list so they can gift from it.

I made one and I’m on my second, another boy! We don’t need much at all (nothing like the first kid) but there are a few things we need so I just put those on there and figured I’ll put it out there if someone asks 😁
