Help me

Been feeling sick since ovulation day!

So ive been having cramps and dull aches in my back and stomach since 4dpo!

Had brown spotting once in the morning of 6dpo,

Now 7dpo and sex hurts and having twinges in my left side like sharp twinges and tightenings (feels like a contraction i have a son so know what they feel like)

What the hells happening there literally happening while typing this 😭😓😭

I know its too early to test

Period not due for 7 more days
