Vaginal bleeding

I’m 14 weeks 6 days and baby is measuring exactly a week ahead and baby has a strong heart beat, but I have been bleeding since Christmas eve and have been in two different ers the last er visit they were very thorough and checked everything they said my cervix is open 2 mm (I know it isn’t open very far) and I’m put on bedrest, my question is has anyone experienced this and had a healthy full term pregnancy and healthy baby? I’m really scared I’m going to miscarry, also this is my third pregnancy I had a small amount of vaginal bleeding with my first two but it was never a lot of blood and to my knowledge my cervix didn’t open
