Anyone else get all worked up before appointments?

This is my second pregnancy, I had a previous missed miscarriage that was discovered at the 8week ultrasound (a year ago).

With this pregnancy I acted like yeah I’m pregnant but maybe not up until the 8week ultrasound...

Now my NT ultrasound is on Monday and my anxiety is spiralling... the dreams I had last night made me want to cry when I woke up.

I’m not worried about the NT results, I’m so scared that the baby stopped growing/heart stopped.

Trying to reel in the crazy, but damn..
