How do I know if my water is leaking?

I peed this morning and it was dark yellow I had alot of cokes 🤦🏻‍♀️

I went to go get donuts and I swore I smelt pee like not bad but like a sweet pee? So I got home and my panties were a little damp with a little bit of discharge

I put a pad on and I walked around picking up the house and it got wet not alot but uncomfortable were I was like ok I need to change it.

I felt like I had to pee even though I didn’t cause I haven’t drank anything? I sat on the toilet and I myself pushed out a little trickle of clear.

I put a pad on again and here I am 6 minutes later feeling a drip but I dont feel like it’s me peeing !
