How much do you get?

How many ounces of milk do you guys get while pumping? I’m almost 3 weeks postpartum and I get about 2oz from both breasts. I get a little more if baby hasn’t eaten. I think it’s kind of low but I’m not sure. I drink plenty of water and eat well.

I personally don't react to a pump... Sometimes I get 1-2oz. I don't pump anymore because I'm not gaining anything. My daughter is gaining weight as she should so I know she is getting what she needs 😊

The amounts you’re pumping seem to be right on par with the normal expected amounts for a woman breastfeeding full time. I’ve read that the expected amount pumped from both breasts combined is 0.5 to 2.0 ounces between feeds and 2.0 to 4.0 in place of a feed.
