Not ovulating?

This was my first cycle tracking bbt. In the past I have consistently gotten a positive opk on cycle day 13 or 14, did not test this month. From what I've read, is your temperature supposed to go up a whole degree after ovulation? Does this chart show that I did not ovulate? Thanks!
