57 days late

I am 57 days late for my period and really trying to avoid going anywhere but if I’m going somewhere without a toilet being near by I have started to put a tampon in, which has been twice. Both times when taking it out there’s been a smudge of sort of bloody discharge. But when wiping there’s nothing and nothing on my pants. I don’t know what this could be, does anyone have any advice?
