Implantation??? Help!!

This may be a weird way of asking this, but for anyone who’s done a dance like the twist and, also, experienced implantation cramps...is that what implantation cramping feel like? I’ve been getting a cramping pain on and off on my left side that feels more like what you’d get from dancing more than AF. I’m only around 5 or 6DPO after a medicated cycle so it’s way too early for AF and I haven’t been dancing or eve over exerting myself at all, but I’ve never felt a sensation like this except after dancing too long! Is this what it’s supposed to feel like?
