So I’m starting to wonder if I’m allergic to shrimp. Let me note that there are others in my family who are also allergic to it.

Recently, I’ve just gotten into remission from my Crohn’s Disease. I have been able to eat shrimp my whole life with no problems; however, recently every time I’ve eaten it.. I have become nauseous and have had very bad diarrhea. I live in the mountains of North Carolina, so this is not a treat I get every day.

The last two times I’ve eaten this, I have had hand rashes pop up. They are very itchy and have fluid in them. Is this an allergic reaction?
