Discharge TMI

I have been having so much discharge lately. I didn't really think much of it because I had it with my first too. However, I started wearing a pad and it's like yellowish and smells very strongly like amonia or similar. I don't feel like I have any sort of infection but maybe? Anyone have something similar? Do we think I'm leaking urine? Infection? Amniotic fluid? Ugh it's stressing me out. Luckily I have an appointment Monday but nervous until then
