Relationship or no?

So I’m 18 and my now guy best friend for 4 years is 24. We have talked ever since I was 15! We kept things friendly and there was a time we both spilt our feelings to each other, the fact that we have kept in contact this long is crazy to me. I always doubted that me and him would be still talking 4 years later, I’ve been in love with him for 4 years now and I am kind of getting attached more then ever being legal now! I graduate in a couple months and am hoping to start things with him! Am I wrong or weird for any of this?
