Miscarriage? HELP!

So 3 days ago had rough sex woke up bleeding I was 5weeks and for the following 2 days was bleeding considerably nothing on the pad but when I wipe lots of red blood with mucus and tiny clots and today it has stopped. I have had my levels tested and I get more tomorrow to see what's happening but I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced this? If I would have miscarried would i have bleed longer? No cramping I have cried the last 2 days thinking the worst I have accepted I may have lost my baby but I'm hanging on to any kind of hope please any experiences similar would be much appreciated!
